Important. These are website Terms of Use. A paid CRESTOZ project should still be governed by its quotation, statement of work, Client Service Policies and/or signed service agreement where applicable.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CRESTOZ website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms apply to website use. They do not replace a quotation, statement of work, project-specific service agreement or other written agreement governing paid CRESTOZ services.

About the website

CRESTOZ is a digital services studio operating from Tamil Nadu, India. The website provides information about our website, software, automation, cloud, support and related digital services and allows visitors to contact us about potential work.

Website descriptions are general information only. Features, availability, delivery approaches, technologies, timelines and pricing are confirmed only in the relevant quotation or project agreement.

Enquiries are not automatically a contract

Sending an enquiry, requesting a quotation, booking a consultation or discussing a service does not by itself create a client relationship, guarantee availability or require CRESTOZ to accept a project.

A project begins only when the parties have agreed the applicable scope, commercial terms and any required approval or advance payment. Where a quotation, statement of work, service agreement or referenced Client Service Policies apply, those project-specific documents govern the client engagement.

Relationship with client agreements

CRESTOZ may issue quotations, proposals, statements of work, Client Service Policies or signed service agreements for individual projects. Those documents may address scope, revisions, payment, approvals, launch, support, ownership, third-party services, cancellation, liability and other project matters.

If these website Terms conflict with a signed project-specific agreement, the signed project-specific agreement will control the project relationship to the extent of that conflict.

Acceptable use

You must not use the CRESTOZ website to:

  • break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
  • submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory or misleading content;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the website, infrastructure or accounts;
  • introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse or disruptive traffic;
  • scrape, probe or test the website in a way that creates security or service risk;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
  • use the enquiry system for spam, unsolicited promotions or unrelated bulk messages.

We may block, restrict or investigate activity that appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit to CRESTOZ and for having the right to share any text, files, logos, images, documents, links or other materials you provide.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, highly sensitive personal data or confidential third-party material through the general website enquiry form unless CRESTOZ has specifically requested it and an appropriate secure process has been agreed.

Website intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the CRESTOZ website, branding, original copy, visual design, graphics, interface elements and CRESTOZ-created website materials are owned by or licensed to CRESTOZ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for normal personal or business evaluation of CRESTOZ services. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, misrepresent or exploit substantial CRESTOZ website content for commercial purposes without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

Client names, logos, screenshots or third-party materials shown on the website remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to client websites, social platforms, communication tools or other third-party services. These links are provided for convenience or reference. CRESTOZ does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, terms or privacy practices of third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms and policies of that service.

Accuracy, availability and changes

We aim to keep the CRESTOZ website useful, accurate and available, but website information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or temporarily unavailable. We may update, remove or change website content, service descriptions or features without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a particular performance score, search ranking, business outcome, lead volume or commercial result from visiting the website or from general information displayed on it.

General disclaimer

Website content is provided for general information about CRESTOZ and its services. It is not legal, tax, financial, regulatory, cybersecurity or other specialist professional advice.

Any specific commitments concerning deliverables, support levels, security, compliance, accessibility, performance or outcomes must be stated in the applicable project agreement to be binding.

Limitation of website liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRESTOZ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website or on third-party websites linked from it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to a paid client project is governed by the applicable project-specific agreement rather than this public website clause.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information submitted through this website is described in the CRESTOZ Privacy Policy. By using third-party links or communication services, you may also be subject to the privacy practices of those providers.

Governing law and disputes

These website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, with disputes concerning the public website subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India, except where mandatory law requires a different result.

For paid client work, the governing-law, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution provisions in the applicable signed project agreement will control where they differ from these website Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the website, our services or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after an update means the current Terms apply to that use, subject to applicable law.
